Dry gas cleaning system
with bag filter

At etick, we are the only national manufacturer that designs, produces, installs, and maintains every component required for a complete crematory furnace or incineration installation with a chemical gas cleaning system.

To carry out this process, gases are extracted from the original furnace outlet, which remains as an emergency stack. The gases, initially above 800ºC, are cooled to around 250ºC using an air-to-air heat exchanger.

A chemical reagent is then added to the cooled gas stream to neutralize contaminants. The filtration system then captures chemical elements and solid particles. The residues retained in the bag filter can be easily collected and disposed of by an authorized waste management service.

Finally, an induced draft fan creates the necessary suction for the gases to flow through the entire system. The purified gases are then released through the final stack at a temperature below 200ºC.

During the cooling of furnace gases prior to purification, a multiple heat recovery system can be added to achieve significant energy savings, reducing fuel consumption in the furnace itself or in nearby processes, such as hot water or heating in the facilty.

KF Line

KF line handles the filtration, neutralization of acidic substances, and capture of heavy metals, dioxins, and furans.

Our emissions adhere to the highest regulatory standards

As innovators in gas cleaning technology, we are the sole provider that handles the design and production of all the key components involved in the process.
